About International Orders & Customs

Custom Duties and Import VAT

When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. Bombshell Booty Pillow is not responsible or has any involvement with any additional charges that may apply.

Locating Your Package/item

Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. When your order has been processed and is leaving the warehouse.  You will receive another automatic email with shipping information and a tracking number. Please note that Bombshell Booty Pillow is not responsible for delays in your order mailed to your country from the United States. There can be delays in receiving  your item due to the way customs in your country handles International packages.
It is your responsibility as a buyer to use the tracking information provided. When the tracking shows the item arrived in your country you need to contact the mail carrier's office in your area and get help with locating your package. Also please be aware that once your item leaves the United States tracking information may not be accurate. This is because most countries do not have a United States Postal Service. Bombshell Booty Pillow is not responsible for lost or stolen orders once the item leaves the United States. 

Shipping Services

The shipping services available on our website do not belong to Bombshell Booty Pillow. They are services provided by Shopify in order to make it easier for you to purchase the shipping service you want us to use to ship your item.

 

Who pays for customs fees?

The Buyer is responsible for additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Import charges can vary widely but are most commonly based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.

Bombshell Booty Pillow is unable to predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied. This is all about our International Orders & Customs.
