Each pillow not designed for a specific weight but can easily handle 250 pounds. However, your buttock area needs elevated. If you are a plus size you made need to add extra padding under the pillow to raise it to your desired height.

Place the Bombshell Booty Pillow on the edge of a chair. The lowest edge of the pillow should be in the front. (Only if the pillow you purchased comes in an angle) Sit on the Bombshell Booty Pillow by placing it directly under your thighs between the back of your knees and your buttocks. The buttocks need to hang freely over the back of the pillow to avoid applying pressure on them. Sit straight with your feet on the floor or lean forward if you don’t reach the floor. You can use a regular pillow on the back of the chair. This depend on the chair type or our Back Pillow

You can use the Bombshell Booty Pillow everyday but it should not used for long periods of time. We recommended  used for 30 minutes and always take breaks and walk around as much as possible to stimulate circulation.    (Especially if you are flying on a plane).  If pain or numbness begins to occur in your legs please discontinue use immediately . And consult with your Doctor as soon as possible. If you had liposuction in your thighs we recommended not to purchase a bbl pillow. please consult your doctor before purchasing. 

Your doctor will provide specific instructions on how long to use a BBL pillow after surgery. Generally, it's recommended for several weeks to months, depending on your individual healing process.

Again, your doctor will advise you on when to stop using a BBL pillow. Typically, you can gradually reduce usage as your recovery progresses and swelling subsides.

When you purchase any of our products you will receive a tracking number. It is for you to be able to track your package and see where your order is.  If your tracking number shows that your item was delivered and you still do not have your item, you should call the shipping carrier immediately. 

This could be UPS or USPS etc  and ask them where they dropped it off. You can also have them contact the actual delivery person. Sometimes the package may not delivered because the carrier may not have been able to locate your address or a note may have been left on your door for you to contact the carrier for re-delivery or pick up at the shipping carriers location. Bombshell Booty Pillow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages where the tracking number shows the item has been delivered even if it was left at your door or porch. We recommend you always leave instructions for your mail carrier as to where to leave your item if you will not be home.
