We understand urgency. Orders placed before 5:30 PM (EST) (Mon-Fri) ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM ship the next business day. You will receive a tracking number via email the moment the label is created.

For health and hygiene safety, we cannot accept returns on opened medical recovery products. If the vacuum seal is intact, or if there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us below for a resolution.

Yes. All orders ship in plain boxes or poly mailers with no sensitive labeling. Your privacy is protected.
