All sales are final. Due to the nature of the product(s) we do not accept returns.
We only replace items if they are received defective, you have (2) days from receiving the product to notify us via email that it was defective. Send us an email to email@example.com. We may ask you to provide pictures and details of the defective item. Once we receive your email, we will evaluate your request and follow up instructions will be provided.
Any other reason(s) deemed acceptable for replacement or exchange will be on a case by case bases.
As soon as we receive the returned merchandise we will process an exchange within 2-3 days.
